When you register on hey22, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold one and only one hey22 account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, contact number, device, IP address, or payment method — are a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hey22 username and password. hey22 will treat any transaction made using valid login credentials as authorised by the account holder.
• Accurate information: Providing false or misleading information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account transfer: hey22 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.

hey22 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time if we have reason to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

All financial transactions on hey22 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). hey22 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your hey22 wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum deposit is ₱100. hey22 does not charge deposit fees, though third-party providers may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: You may only withdraw to a payment channel registered in your own name. hey22 may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Standard e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are processed within five minutes; bank transfers may take up to one banking day.
• Currency: hey22 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. Foreign currency transactions will not be processed.
• Bonus balances: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. See Section 6 for full details.
• Unclaimed balances: hey22 reserves the right to close dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) after giving notice. Remaining balances in confirmed dormant accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on hey22, across all game categories including PBA Betting, NBA Betting, Sabong, MMA Betting, Virtual Sports, Bingo, and Color Game.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once accepted by the hey22 system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets pending confirmation are not valid until the system confirms acceptance.
• Sufficient balance: Bets may only be placed if your hey22 wallet has sufficient available balance to cover the stake. hey22 will not process bets that would result in a negative balance.
• Finality of bets: Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where hey22 expressly provides a cancellation option for a specific market.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game category and market on hey22 has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. hey22 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
• Errors and technical issues: If a bet is placed due to an obvious error in odds or pricing (including system errors), hey22 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Bets placed during a verifiable technical outage affecting the integrity of results may also be voided.
• Results: Game and event results are determined by hey22's systems, which use certified RNG for digital games and official data feeds for live sports events. Results are final once confirmed by hey22.

hey22 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all hey22 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in any form of systematic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms. hey22 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts involved in abuse.
• Availability: hey22 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not negatively affect players who are currently within an active promotional period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hey22 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any system that places bets without direct manual input from the registered account holder
• Colluding with other players to fix results or share advantage in multi-player games
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage — and not reporting such errors to hey22 immediately upon discovery
• Money laundering or using hey22 for any transaction that involves proceeds of criminal activity
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting eligibility during registration or verification
• Using hey22 on behalf of a third party without their explicit knowledge and consent
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hey22 support staff or other players in any channel
• Registering more than one account or using a suspended account via alternate credentials

hey22 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Confirmed cases will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances. hey22 will report confirmed cases involving financial crime to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement authorities in the Philippines.

All content on the hey22 platform — including but not limited to the hey22 name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and software — is the intellectual property of hey22 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use hey22 for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the hey22 platform.

Unauthorised use of hey22 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, hey22 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Losses arising from the outcome of any bet or game, including losses during technical issues that do not affect the integrity of the result
• Temporary interruptions to the hey22 platform caused by maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond hey22's reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of hey22

Nothing in these Terms limits hey22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

Betting is an inherently risky activity. Players accept that they may lose money and that hey22 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any bet or game on the platform.

hey22 may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request
• Confirmed prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Instruction from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority

Where an account is closed due to player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided no violation of these Terms is identified during the review process.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hey22 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to recover any costs incurred as a result of the breach.
