Your hey22 Login Is Protected — Here's How
Security is not an afterthought on hey22 — it's built into every login and every transaction. Here's what keeps your account safe every time you log in.
Every connection between your browser or device and hey22 is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). This means your login credentials, password, and session data are never transmitted in plain text over the internet — even on mobile data or a public Wi-Fi network. The padlock in your browser address bar confirms this encryption is active every time you visit hey22.
Passwords on hey22 are never stored in readable form. They are hashed using a secure cryptographic algorithm — meaning that even internally, hey22 team members cannot see your password. This is why the hey22 password reset process sends you a reset link rather than your existing password. If you ever receive a message claiming to be from hey22 that asks for your current password, treat it as suspicious and contact our support team immediately.
hey22 monitors login activity for unusual patterns — such as login attempts from new locations, multiple failed attempts, or logins at unusual hours. Where activity looks out of the ordinary, hey22 may require an additional verification step before granting access. This is not meant to be an inconvenience — it's a layer of protection that keeps your account and balance secure.
To keep your hey22 account as secure as possible on your end, use a password that is unique to hey22 — not the same as your GCash, Maya, or email password. A strong hey22 password includes a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and a special character. If you ever suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately via Account Settings and contact our support team.
